Go to your Dashboard, find the Settings or API Keys section, update your keys, and click Save. Restart your instance for changes to take effect. See the API Key Setup Guide for detailed instructions.
Check that your API keys are valid and your subscription is active. Common issues include expired API keys, insufficient credits with your AI provider, or a lapsed subscription. If the problem persists, try deleting and redeploying your instance.
Go to your Dashboard, find the Subscription section, and click "Manage Subscription". This will take you to the Stripe Customer Portal where you can cancel or modify your plan.
Yes. Each instance runs in an isolated Docker container with dedicated resources. Your API keys are encrypted at rest and only accessible to your machine. All connections use HTTPS with automatic TLS via VPS Docker.io.
